FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I can't find a session

- Check to make sure you have the "session range" set far enough on the join session screen.

- Make sure the host has the session range set wide enough on the create session screen.

I can't connect my drone

- Make sure you selected "Join with drone" and also selected the correct drone manufacturer.

- Make sure you select SYGNAL as the app to use your drone with when you connect to the drone system controller.

- Ensure you enabled the requested application permissions.

- Ensure you don't have another app being used as the DEFAULT device. You may need to clear the default app settings, see below:

How many users can use my license key?

- The default license is 5 "floating users". Meaning any 5 users can  be  in sessions  (hosts or users) at any one time.

- Think of a floating license as seats at a table, there are only 5 chairs at any given time. One user must leave for another to enter.
